AI assistance, human responsibility
AI can now be used to create misleading websites. That is why we believe it is important to provide verifiable business details and direct ways to contact us. We use AI to improve our service, including translations and faster responses.
Chat replies on our website and social media pages may be created with AI assistance. They can sometimes be incorrect. If an answer is unclear or contradictory, ask for human assistance in the chat, or contact us by email or phone. Orders are handled by Bella Gobelin; the terms of purchase and your order confirmation take precedence.
