If there is a printed color chart, we use it as an important reference. We also recommend significant colors visible in the image but missing from the chart, and explain why. Without a color chart, we work directly from the motif.
Colors visible only on the chart and not identifiable in the motif are marked separately. We do not invent usage proportions or thread quantities for them.
A list you can actually understand.
We show which colors are needed for the background, shadows, or an important detail. The recommendation also indicates uncertain areas of the photo and additions to the chart.
A phone photo provides estimates of colors and areas. Lighting, the canvas, and your own stitches also affect the final result. Check the threads with a physical color card, and check consumption with a test stitch.

A customer brings in a tapestry, you photograph it, and then select the recommended threads from your shelves. For multiple kits, we round up to a full skein for each color and each kit.
As an approved reseller, you receive FonalNavigátor free of charge with purchased Bella patterns. These can be opened from the order and do not use up the three photo trials.

The three trials are a one-time allowance per account. Only a successful new photo analysis counts. Opening a saved result, changing the dimensions or manufacturer, and downloading a PDF do not use another trial.

The subscription includes unlimited new photo analyses. The bank card fee is charged automatically each month based on your separate consent given before payment. Your account shows the date of the next charge.
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in your account. You can then use the service until the end of the paid month. Your previous results and their PDFs will remain available unless you delete them.
A failed payment does not create a new paid period. A failed photo analysis does not use a free trial. Only one analysis can run at a time in an account, with no monthly item limit.
Our AI service provider processes the uploaded photo; neither the image nor the result is added to a public gallery. You can view and delete them in your account. Barion handles bank card data; we do not store the card number.
