Shipping informationHow does an embroidery pattern differ from an image download?
An embroidery pattern provides a chart and thread key for stitching. An image download gives you a printable, watermark-free image file and a thread information sheet. Neither includes canvas or threads.
When can I download my digital package?
After payment, you can download your package from your account as soon as it is ready. Your order page shows when it is available.
Can I use my own image?
Yes. Upload your own photo or create a new image in Creator Studio. Choose a printed needlepoint canvas, a thread kit, a canvas print or a digital package for it.
Can I print on canvas with any printer?
Printing embroidery canvas at home requires a suitable printer and supplies purchased separately. Not every printer is suitable; check compatibility with the manufacturer before purchasing.
What do I receive when I order a canvas print?
An image printed on art canvas, supplied without a frame or stretcher bars.
