Shipping informationWhat do I get in the digital package?
Downloadable workbook. The two counted versions come with a diagram, thread key, stitch count, and guide. For home pre-printing, you will receive a print sheet, color suggestion, and illustrated printing guide. You need to acquire canvas, needle, and thread separately.
When can I download the workbook?
After the payment is confirmed and the package is prepared from your account. The generation may take time; you can track its status on the order page.
Can I use my own image?
Yes. In the Creator Studio, you can upload your own photo, create an AI image, or further edit your image. For the final image, you can choose from among the digital formats.
Can I print on canvas with any printer?
Printing embroidery canvas at home requires a suitable printer and supplies purchased separately. Not every printer is suitable; check compatibility with the manufacturer before purchasing.
What does ct and mesh mean?
The canvas density is indicated: how many stitches fit into 2.54 cm. With the same number of stitches, the embroidery will be smaller on a denser canvas. The ordering page calculates the finished size in centimeters for the appropriate type of canvas.
