The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to purchases made in the Bella Gobelin online store. The operator of the webshop is Garami Artúr e.v., who conducts business within Hungary. Please read the GTC carefully before making a purchase! The GTC contains the conditions of purchase, delivery and payment information, as well as the rights and obligations of customers.
Bella Gobelin is engaged in the manufacturing of embroidered goods, printing gobelin embroidery bases, and selling these through the webshop. Our products include gobelin bases of various sizes and patterns, as well as finished embroidered products. Our goal is to offer high-quality products that bring joy to our customers or their loved ones.
Online orders will be processed within 1-3 working days following their arrival. An email notification will be sent regarding the processing of the order. During order processing, we check the availability of the products, and if everything is in order, we begin packaging and preparing for shipment. If any issues arise during order processing, we will immediately inform the customer.

The exact shipping costs will be calculated when placing the order, based on the destination country and the weight of the package. The shipping costs are borne by the customer, and these amounts will be added to the total order amount. We will inform the customer about the shipping fees and expected delivery times before the order is placed.
Prices are quoted in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and Euros (€). Prices include a 0% value-added tax due to AAM (exemption from VAT). Until February 28, 2025, we could only serve private individuals, but from March 1, 2025, after choosing a new tax form, our business will also be able to serve resellers and corporate buyers. The customer has the option to pay via BARION credit card payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Among the payment methods, the customer can choose at the time of placing the order. In the case of credit card payment, the transaction is processed immediately, while for bank transfers, order processing will only begin after the amount has been received.
Online credit card and other payment methods are realized through the Barion system. Credit card and other payment-related data do not reach the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, with license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013. Barion is a secure and convenient online payment service that allows customers to pay with a credit card or Barion balance. The Barion system is monitored by the Hungarian National Bank and complies with the strictest security requirements. During the payment process, customers' data is transmitted in an encrypted manner, ensuring the security of transactions. Using Barion, you can pay quickly and easily in our webshop without the need for additional registration. More detailed information about Barion's services can be found on the Barion.hu website.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The intention to withdraw must be communicated in writing to the email address bellagobelin@gmail.com. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer must return the product to the operator's address, and after the product has been received, we will refund the purchase amount. Custom-made products based on the customer's individual requests, such as personalized gobelin patterns, are exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Customers can submit their complaints to the operator's email address: bellagobelin@gmail.com. The operator will investigate complaints within 30 days and respond in writing. During the complaint handling process, we strive to restore customer satisfaction and resolve any issues as quickly and effectively as possible. If the customer is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint handling, they have the right to turn to the consumer protection authority.
In matters not regulated in the GTC, Hungarian laws shall apply. The operator reserves the right to amend the GTC, of which notice will be provided on the webshop interface. The amended GTC is valid from the date of publication and applies to orders placed after the amendment. Please check the GTC regularly to stay updated on the terms of purchase.
