Option to cancel the purchase

If you are not satisfied with the product or its quality is not adequate, in that case you have the option of canceling according to the conditions set out in the law.

The buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without reason in accordance with Act No. 45/2014 on absentee contracts. (II.26.) According to government decree. The distributor is obliged to repay the consideration for the goods immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the return of the product. The refund also applies to the delivery costs of the product to the customer, unless other products were delivered together with the product affected by the cancellation, in respect of which the customer did not exercise his right of cancellation. The buyer bears the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal and is obliged to return the product immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from the notification of withdrawal, or to hand it over to the company or to a person authorized by the company to receive the product. The return is deemed completed within the deadline if the consumer verifiably sends the product to the post office with correctly completed documents before the deadline expires, or hands it over to a delivery service provider.

In case of cancellation, we can only refund the price of the product returned undamaged.

Our customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of the sale of goods that are tied to the person of the customer, or that were produced based on the express instructions or at the express request of the customer, or that by their nature cannot be returned pursuant to Art. 45/2014. (II.26.) According to the provisions of § 29 of the Government Decree. Since the tapestry canvases are printed based on the customer's instructions after entering the image and individual dimensions selected from the repertoire or sent by email, the possibility of cancellation does not apply to the printed tapestry canvases. In the case of embroidery sets ordered together with threads, however, the right of withdrawal applies to the embroidery threads. If the yarns are returned, we will refund the retail price of the yarns, but we cannot refund the service fee for the yarn selection, because the service itself has been performed, so it is non-refundable. In the case of legitimate warranty problems, the full purchase price and service fee can of course be reclaimed. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the client is obliged to act in good faith, he is obliged to exercise his right of withdrawal in accordance with its purpose, the exercise of this right cannot lead to the abuse of the right by the client (Section 5 of the Civil Code). The exercise of the right of withdrawal applies to consumers (consumers as defined in the Civil Code).

Your request for cancellation must be notified by e-mail, telephone or in person. We ask the customer not to send the package with a value declaration, not to send it back in a package charged with postage or cash on delivery, because we are unable to accept these. General product warranty

Bella Gobelin undertakes the product warranty required by Hungarian legislation for its products, but only by observing the instructions for use described below.

• our products are not washable, if washed, the dye may dissolve and discolour the colors of the embroidery
• Bella Gobelin can be ironed at a medium ironing temperature
• any cleaning or framing of the embroidered Bella Gobelin must be done by a specialist
• the customer should note that Puppets Mouliné embroidery thread is not a washable product

Embroidery thread color fidelity and quantity guarantee

We try to provide the right color and quantity of Puppets Mouliné embroidery threads for our products ordered in the set, i.e. embroidery image + embroidery thread + embroidery needle printed on canvas. The color selection of the embroidery thread is not based on the color sample strip on the product, but on the basis of the colors of the printed base awaiting embroidery, taking into account 8X8 cm areas.

We can also be wrong and it may happen that the amount of embroidery thread packed for the tapestry is not enough or that a certain shade of color is missing. In such cases, we replace the missing threads free of charge once within 1 year from the date of purchase, based on the customer's indication. In this case, the customer needs to prove with a photo how far he has gone with the embroidery of the product and must specify exactly what color code and quantity of thread he needs.
