You can request pre-printed canvas, a thread kit, or one of the three types of digital packages.
The physical package arrives at you. After creating the digital files, you download them and acquire the appropriate accessories.
Good to know before you start
It's easier to get started with the right format. Here you will find the most important differences.
I have a question.Downloadable PDF files. The two accounting versions come with a diagram, thread key, stitch count, and instructions. For home printing, you will receive a print sheet, color suggestion, and illustrated printing guide. You will need to obtain canvas, needle, and thread separately.
After the payment is confirmed and the package is prepared from your account. The generation may take time; you can track its status on the order page.
Yes. In the Creator Studio, you can upload your own photo, create an AI image, or further edit your image. For the final image, you can choose from among the digital formats.
No. An A4/A3 package requires a printer that also handles the canvas and its carrier. Check the manufacturer's media limits and perform a test print. This version does not include a tally chart.
The canvas density is indicated: how many stitches fit into 2.54 cm. With the same number of stitches, the embroidery will be smaller on a denser canvas. The ordering page calculates the finished size in centimeters for the appropriate type of canvas.
