Return and refund

Dear customers! Our Gobelin embroidery canvas products are produced based on the selected custom size and canvas type. Since our products are custom-made, our customers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal after that. In case of a justified and provable warranty problem, it is of course possible to return the products and refund the purchase price. The price of the embroidery thread includes 50% of the costs for the sorting service and 50% of the purchase price of the product. In case of cancellation of the purchase, we can only refund the purchase price of the embroidery thread, i.e. half of the purchase price, if you return the threads to us. In case of a problem outside of the warranty, we cannot refund the costs of shipping or return. These are borne by the buyer.
