Dear customers! Our Gobelin embroidery canvas products are produced based on the selected custom size and canvas type. Since our products are custom-made, our customers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal after that. In case of a justified and provable warranty problem, it is of course possible to return the products and refund the purchase price. The price of the embroidery thread includes 50% of the costs of the sorting service and 50% of the purchase price of the product. In case of cancellation of the purchase, we can only refund the purchase price of the embroidery thread, i.e. half of the purchase price, if you return the threads to us. In case of a problem outside of the warranty, we cannot refund the costs of shipping or return. These are borne by the buyer.

Our products are not washable. When washed, the ink may dissolve and the embroidery colors may discolor

Our products are not wrinkled. We print Bella Gobelin embroidery images on a high quality, stiff material that deforms minimally during embroidery. However, this material cannot be folded or folded as the coloring may be damaged or broken. For larger images, we recommend using an embroidery frame or stand.

Bella Gobelin can be ironed at medium ironing temperatures

Embroidery designs with a folded or crumpled surface cannot be returned or replaced!

We strive to provide the correct color and quantity of Puppets Mouline embroidery threads for our order. The color of the embroidery thread is not selected based on the color field of the product, but based on 5 x 5 cm areas based on the embroidery pattern and its colors. However, not all shade differences may be present in the embroidery thread color, in which case the packaging may contain fewer colors than the color swatch in the color box.

We may also be mistaken and not have enough tapestry thread or shades. In such cases, the missing thread will be replaced free of charge to the buyer after notification within one year from the date of purchase. In this case, the customer must determine the Puppets Mouline color code and the amount of thread he needs.
