The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to purchases made in the Bella Gobelin online store. The webshop is operated by Garami Artúr e.v., who conducts activities in Hungary. Please read the GTC carefully before making a purchase! The GTC includes the conditions for the purchase, shipping and payment information, as well as the rights and obligations of customers.
Bella Gobelin is engaged in the manufacturing of embroidered goods, printing needlepoint bases, and selling these through the webshop. Our products include needlepoint canvases of various sizes and patterns, as well as finished embroidered products. Our goal is to offer high-quality products that can bring joy to our customers or their loved ones.
Online orders are processed within 1-3 business days after their receipt. An email notification will be sent about the order processing. During order processing, we check the availability of the products, and if everything is in order, we begin packaging and preparing for shipping. If any issues arise during the order processing, we will immediately notify the customer.
Bella Gobelin operates with the following shipping times:
The exact shipping costs are calculated at the time of placing the order, based on the destination country and the weight of the package. The shipping costs are borne by the customer, and these amounts will be added to the total order value. Customers will be informed about the shipping fees and expected delivery times before placing their order.
The prices are stated in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and Euros (€). The prices include 0% VAT due to AAM (self-tax exemption). The webshop can only serve private individuals; we cannot issue invoices to companies. Customers have the option to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. The customer can choose from the payment methods at the time of placing the order. For credit card payments, the transaction occurs immediately, while for bank transfers, the order processing begins only after the amount is received.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The intention to withdraw must be communicated in writing to bellagobelin@gmail.com. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product to the operator's address, and after the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer's individual requirements, such as personalized needlepoint patterns. Customers can submit their complaints to the operator's email address: bellagobelin@gmail.com. The operator will investigate complaints within 30 days and respond in writing. During complaint handling, we strive to restore customer satisfaction and solve any problems as quickly and effectively as possible. If the customer is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint handling, they have the right to turn to the consumer protection authority.
In matters not regulated by the GTC, Hungarian laws shall apply. The operator reserves the right to modify the GTC, of which notice will be provided on the webshop interface. The amended GTC is effective from the time of publication and applies to orders placed after the modification. Please check the GTC regularly to have up-to-date information on the terms of purchase.
