Since the requested gobelin print based on the image is considered a custom product, unfortunately, we cannot exchange the product if you order the print on the wrong canvas.

Processing time for orders: 1-3 days. Shipping time to Hungary, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia is 1-3 days. For other European countries, shipping takes 3-8 days. For countries outside Europe, shipping can take 5-20 days. We ship to all countries where postal services are available.
